Bank of America Europe Card Services, which operates as MBNA in the UK, has launched a new and improved online banking service through its website mbna.co.uk.
The new facility, renamed Online Card Services, has been developed following feedback from customers and includes a new service which gives step-by-step guidance on how to get the most from online banking and content which is concise and accessible. There are also improvements in navigation of the site and an enhanced help and support section which offers customers online tutorials.
Ian Craig, Customer Service and Channel Fulfilment executive for MBNA, said: "We are committed to making our products and service options simpler to use and the re-launch of our new online banking portal, Online Card Services, is key to that."
Customers will still be able to manage their accounts in the usual way, including making payments, setting up direct debits, transferring balances, ordering and activating cards, checking balances, credit limits and recent transactions, validating and arranging PIN security and viewing statements.
