Lloyds TSB has launched a new system which aims to enhance internet banking.
The bank's new service - bill manager - allows customers to organise and pay their household bills online and will be free for all internet banking customers.
Additionally, users will be able to receive email alerts when bills are due for payment and make contributions via their internet banking account.
The banks states that a number of organisations, including utility and telecommunications providers, have already agreed to the payment service, with more expected to follow in the coming weeks.
Anita Hockin, head of internet at Lloyds TSB, commented: "Internet banking has already won over a generation of customers with its speed and simplicity, but the bill manager service we've launched today takes things one step further.
"Research has shown that at least two-thirds of online banking customers want to be able to manage all their bills online."
Lloyds TSB's internet banking service currently allows users to make transfers, apply for personal loans and view their statements.
